How to: Telehealth via Telephone Call
For a telephone call consultation you will need to have access to a landline or reliable mobile phone connection and ensure we have the correct contact details to reach you. Bowen Physiotherapy will contact you to confirm the time of your appointment, contact details and payment arrangements prior to your appointment.
Before you begin
Ensure you are in a quiet location free from distraction with access to your landline or mobile. If you are using a mobile, check that you have adequate signal strength.
One of our team will phone you approximately 5 or 10 minutes prior to your consultation to check the connection and arrange payment if required. You will then speak with your physiotherapist for your appointment.
After the consultation
Following your phone consultation, one of our admin team will contact you to arrange a follow-up as required. This may include scheduling a follow up appointment or orientating you to an at-home exercise program. This is also an opportunity for you to provide any feedback.
